Four men will face court over a brawl in the car park of a western Sydney McDonald’s that left two men in hospital, one with serious facial fractures.

Four people will face court after a brawl in a western Sydney McDonald’s car park left a man seriously injured.

Police found the 32-year-old unconscious with head injuries at the fast food outlet on Mulgoa Road in Penrith just before 1.30am on Sunday.

A medical team was flown in to assist paramedics as they intubated the man at a nearby soccer field before he was taken by road to Westmead Hospital where he remains with serious facial fractures.

A 34-year-old man was already treated in hospital for facial injuries before being released shortly after.

Police say the pair was injured during a fight with a group of group of men who fled before officers arrived.

Following inquiries, police carried out two search warrants at St Clair and Glenmore Park yesterday arresting four men aged between 19 and 22.

The men have been charged with several offences including assault and cause grievous bodily harm.

All four were refused bail and are due to face Penrith Local Court today.
