Former Channel 7 TV presenter Ryan Phelan and his ex-fiancee Chelsea Franklin have put their Frenchs Forest home up for sale.
It was bought last December, with the couple moving into the five-bedroom northern beaches home in January.
The listing comes two months after Phelan was cleared of an accusation of assaulting Franklin, a ballet dancer. The June charges were withdrawn by police in September after which Phelan said he was focused on putting it all behind him.
Phelan and Franklin paid $2.16 million for the 2012, custom-built home.

They’ve got Belle Property agents Tania Harris and Mitchell Saville quoting a guide of low $2 millions for its November 21 auction.
The guide may vary over the course of the campaign, buyers have been advised in the marketing.
The two storey family home has five bedrooms and three separate living areas.
The main open plan living, kitchen and dining area opens to the alfresco entertaining deck and lawn landscaped backyard.
It is one of 29 Frenchs Forest houses currently for sale.
The Frenchs Forest median house price sits at $1,600,500, based on 166 sales over the last 12 months, according to realestate.com.au.
This time last year the median price sat at $1,476,000, reflecting nine per cent annualised price growth.
Phelan, who joined the Seven Network in 2013, had been a presenter on The Daily Edition, which was axed by the network in an unrelated decision just days before the accusations became public.
The couple had met in April 2018.
In September Phelan told 2GB’s Ben Fordham he was focused on putting the accusations behind him.
“When you go through something as profound as I have … it’s been a daily battle with mental health and finding the strength to deal with these things because a lot of what is happening in your world is out of your control,” he told the radio host.
“I’m trying to get some control back of my life which is extremely difficult.”
Mr Phelan said he was focused on rebuilding his reputation because it was not always enough to prove that something didn’t happen.
The TV personality said he was also grateful that “justice was served”.
