Former Rebels bikie Chris Rymer has been arrested at his home near the Hawkesbury today over drug supply and firearm charges and accusations he breached his bail.

Rymer, 29, was cuffed and forced to lie face down on the front porch of his Sackville home by armed Strike Force Raptor officers who had to shoo away his inquisitive french bulldog.

Rymer was granted bail on charges including affray in September 2018 — part of his argument for release was that he had a pregnant french bulldog waiting for him at home.

Raptor cops stormed his rural property at 9.30am today, seizing cash and mobile phones.

He was also charge with a raft of offences relating to raids dating back to September last year.

The charges include supply commercial quantity prohibited drug, firearm found at premises and breach of bail.

It is understood Rymer’s alleged bail breach relates to phones found at his home.

While on bail for the 2018 assault charge Rymer was forbidden from having more than one phone or from using encrypted apps like WhatsApp, Wickr or Snapchat.

Rymer was refused bail by officers at Windsor Police Station today and expected to front Penrith Local Court this afternoon.

He is due to be sentenced on July 19 after pleading guilty to the 2018 affray charge.

Further charges of intentionally throw object at vehicle, stalk/intimidate and destroy or damage property, laid over an alleged road rage incident last year, were withdrawn.

In September, magistrate Andrew George doubted claims Rymer had turned his back on gang life in favour of fatherhood and his new dog breeding business.

“The defendant wishes to present himself as a person who has turned his life around … It is difficult to find that to be a plausible prospect,” Mr George said.

But he granted Rymer bail anyway, suggesting police had a weak case against him — and referred to the pregnant dog.

“I am told he has children now and a puppy on the way,” Mr George said.

“At the end of the day I do not know that the prosecution case against him is likely to be successful given there were other occupants in the car.”
