A female sailor facing assault charges claims her accuser had previously told her to get a tattoo of his penis on her leg, a court was told on Wednesday.
The claims came as Able Seaman Hannah Clayton also said an alleged nipple pinch on her male accuser would have been considered “horseplay”.
Able Seaman Hannah Clayton took the witness box in a court martial trial facing two assault charges for allegedly slapping Seaman Jarrad Pluckrose on the bottom and pinching his nipple in two separate incidents.
In court today, the former Blaxland High student and Penrith Panthers security guard said she didn’t remember pinching colleague Seaman Jarrad Pluckrose’s nipple.

She said it was possible she pinched his nipple but it would have been considered “horseplay”.
The 27-year-old said the group of new Navy recruits were involved in horseplay every day from late September 2017 to November 2017 while at HMAS Cerberus in Victoria.
Other examples of “horseplay” were trying to knock people over while marching, squirting water on each other, kicking chairs and grabbing each other’s hair.
“There was general horseplay … maybe a push and shove … nothing substantial,” she said.
“A nipple pinch would have been horseplay.”
She said she didn’t slap him on the bottom but instead accidentally tapped his outer thigh.
“It wasn’t anything more than a wayward arm,” she said.
As for the slap on the bottom, she told the court it was an accident while trying to usher someone else through a doorway.
Able Seaman Clayton said at one point the behaviour went “too far”.
In November 2017, she complained to superiors about the behaviour of Seaman Pluckrose and Seaman Connor Coleman, which resulted in them both being suspended.
She claimed at one point Seaman Pluckrose told Able Seaman Clayton to get a tattoo of his penis on her leg.
“I was talking about getting a tattoo on my leg … I remember Seaman Pluckrose saying ‘why don’t you get my penis on your leg so you can look at it?’,” she said.
“He would also try and coax me into his car. He said he would like to get me into his car and then simulate a sex act.”
On day one of the trial, witnesses gave evidence that Able Seaman Clayton slapped Seaman Pluckrose’s bottom and pinched his nipple.
Witnesses were divided over whether the contact to the bottom was a tap or a slap.
Seaman Pluckrose said he was slapped on the right bottom cheek but later conceded he was wrong and it was the left.
He said he did not complain about the incidents until he knew Able Seaman Clayton had made a complaint about him.
Defence Magistrate Wing Commander Joana Fuller said it was her job to decide which body parts could be touched during acceptable “horseplay”.
She will deliver her decision on Thursday.
