Driver killed in crash on M1 at Mt White
ONE man was killed in a crash which blocked traffic heading out of Sydney on the M1 Pacific Motorway this afternoon.

ONE man was killed in a horror crash which blocked traffic heading out of Sydney on the M1 Pacific Motorway this afternoon.
A utility and pantech truck — both heading north — collided near Mt White just before 5pm, trapping both drivers in their vehicles.
As traffic ground to a halt and was backed up for several kilometres, emergency crews worked to free the two men however the utility driver died at the scene.
The truck driver was freed without any serious injury but was taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine tests.
Two northbound lanes were closed for several hours during the Friday afternoon peak, as forensic officers investigated both vehicles trying to determine the cause of the collision.
Police had yet to release any further details on the drivers.
