1. Harbourside Markets with live music from Ocean Road Duo
What: Support your local business community at these weekly markets by the harbour. All your favourite food trucks, art, jewellery, clothing, beauty and lifestyle products, plants, vintage, and collectable stalls will be on site.
Browse the markets while enjoying the chilled out, easy listening acoustic tunes from Ocean Road Duo.
Where: Jetty foreshores.
When: Sunday, August 8 from 8am-2pm.
2. Free tech help at the Coffs Coast Growers Market
What: Coffs City Centre is again offering free tech help alongside the usual great local goods at the Growers Market. Browse from stalls selling local and farm fresh products such as jams, honey, cakes, bread, coffee, eggs, flowers, fruits and vegetables and much more.
Meanwhile a team of tech-savvy youth from Youngster.co will be offering help to anyone needing assistance with the Service NSW App to scan Covid QR code check-ins, or download their Dine & Discover vouchers. Under the COVID-19 regulations, check-ins are mandatory across all retail and the Dine & Discover Vouchers are also still available until the end of August.

3. Retrospective Exhibition opening
What: Join the Coffs Harbour Creative Arts Group as it celebrates 50 years at the Coffs Harbour Showground Gallery with the official opening of its latest exhibition, the Retrospective Exhibition.
There will be artworks from past and present tutors along with potted history, memorabilia and photographs. Entry is by donation and light refreshments will be provided.
Where: Coffs Harbour Showground Gallery.
When: Saturday, August 7 from 1pm-4pm. Exhibition runs until September 1.
4. Fairy Floss Fantasy group exhibition sessions
What: Expect everything pink, cute and crazy in this huge array of works from both local and national artists each with their own diverse styles, mediums and subjects at these exclusive and intimate group sessions of the Fairy Floss Fantasy exhibition.
With each group sessions open to only eight people, you’ll experience this eclectic and curated exhibition of over thirty artists and will be greeted on arrival with a fairy floss cocktail, bottomless popcorn and a small business goodie bag worth over $100. Alyson aka Alykat will be providing an information and fun guided walk through, highlighting facts about artists and their works.

5. Manga Mania – final week
What: It’s the final week to view the Manga Mania exhibition, a unique partnership with the Japanese Embassy which showcases the winning entries from the 14th International Manga Awards.
The awards attracted entries from Manga artists from all over Southeast Asia and have not been shown elsewhere in Australia. Australian Manga artists were also asked to contribute to the exhibition, adding over 60 works and making it a truly international collaboration.

When: Open daily from 10am-4pm until August 15.
6. Bello Growers Market
What: Bello Growers Market has a diverse selection of local, fresh and organic fruit and vegetables, meats, eggs, art and craft, upcycled and vintage, along with delicious healthy food to eat while you listen to live music from local musicians.
Enjoy this market with a friendly community vibe and show your support for local growers and makers.
Where: Bellingen Showground.
When: Saturday, August 7 from 7.30am-12pm.
7. Coil Weaving Workshop with Bindimu
What: Held by Bindimu, a First Nations and Melanesian interdisciplinary artivist from Queensland, this workshop allows attendees to learn the meditative coil weave as First Nations people have done for many generations.
It will be held on beautiful Gumbaynggirr country, at Coffs Harbour.

8. Bill Leak Exhibition
What: The Bill Leak Exhibition has been extended by popular demand, inviting visitors to view the wittiest set of cartoons they’ll ever see.
This fantastic collection of cartoon and caricatures cover the political and social life of Australia over the past 30 years, and features the works of the late Bill Leaks and his son Johannes Leak, current Cartoonist for The Australian.

When: Open daily from 10am-4pm until November 7.
9. The Village Market Place – Glenreagh
What: Take a drive into the countryside and experience an old-fashioned village marketplace at Glenreagh.
Buy locally grown produce, home baked goodies, arts and crafts and more. Refreshments are available and these undercover markets run in all weather.
Where: School of Arts Hall on Coramba St.
When: Saturday, August 7 from 6am-1pm.
10. Movie Trivia Night
What: Show off your knowledge on the biggest movies from the ‘90s, ‘00s and now at this trivia night.
There’s plenty of prizes to be won, so gather your friends and make sure to register your team.
