Two-year-old boy dies in Coffs Harbour, police investigation underway
The two-year-old boy was found unresponsive inside a Coffs Harbour home in May and died two days later in hospital.

A police strike force has been formed to investigate the death of a toddler in Coffs Harbour.
At around 8am on Monday, May 23, emergency services were called to a home in Coffs Harbour following reports a two-year-old boy was unresponsive inside.
The infant was taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus in a critical condition, before being flown to John Hunter Hospital.
Detectives from the Coffs Clarence Police District attended and established a crime scene.
The boy died days later in hospital on May 25.
Strike Force Kielwarra has been established by local detectives to investigate the circumstances surrounding the boy’s death.
Inquiries are ongoing.
