Police call for assistance after money is allegedly stolen from caravan park washing machines

Three people are wanted for questioning in connection with the theft of ‘several hundred dollars’ in takings.

Local police have issued a plea for assistance following an alleged theft at a Coffs Coast caravan park.

Coffs/Clarence police are trying to identify two males and one female allegedly who they believe can help them in their investigations into the theft of “several hundred dollars” worth of washing machine takings from a caravan park at Moonee Beach.

A spokesperson for NSW Police said the cash was taken from a communal laundry sometime on the night of Friday, June 11.

Police are urging anyone with information about these persons or information about similar types of crimes please call Coffs Harbour Police Station on 6691 0799 or Crimestoppers on 1800 333000 and quote event reference number E81807674.

It comes a day after Coffs/Clarence Police sought assistance in finding the whereabouts of a man wanted on domestic violence and intimidation charges.
