An alleged middle-aged cocaine dealing duo from Coffs Harbour has faced court.
Kate Rademaker, 42, and Lindsay Alexander Morrison, 43, both currently on bail, are charged with supplying prohibited drug (above indictable and below commercial quantity), and supplying prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis.
They were additionally charged with supplying prohibited drug (more than small but less than indictable quantity) and supplying prohibited drug (small quantity).
Police facts allege the pair supplied 56 grams of cocaine on numerous dates including October 21 and 27, 2020, and on January 22, 2021.
Morrison had separate charges of possessing a prohibited weapon without a permit, with no plea entered, as well as dealing with property proceeds of crime – which amounted to over $69,000 which were allegedly obtained through dealing, according to police documents, which he plead guilty to.
Morrison pleaded guilty to supplying prohibited drugs (more than indictable and less than commercial), supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, supply prohibited drug (small quantity), while no pleas were entered for the additional charges.
Police also charged Morrison with cultivating seven cannabis plants and a supply of 14 grams of cocaine on March 1, 2021 - no plea was entered.
Rademaker was additionally charged with concealing more than $12,000 which was allegedly obtained through dealing.
She pleaded guilty to supplying prohibited drugs (more than indictable and less than commercial), deal with property proceeds of crime, supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis while no pleas were entered for her other charges.
They are to appear at Coffs Harbour District Court for sentencing on February 10, 2023, with Judge Jonathan Priestley ordering a sentence assessment and psychological report.
