With more people using the rapid antigen tests, the figures for those picked up at the official Covid test stations may underestimate the true level of infection.

Coffs Harbour has recorded a big drop in new Covid case numbers for the second consecutive day.
Just 59 cases were detected in the 24 hours to 8pm on Sunday - continuing the downward trend for the Coffs Harbour City Council area which recorded 86 infections on Saturday and a whopping 252 on Friday.
New infections across the Mid North Coast Local Health District were also down, with 338 detected in the latest reporting period.
Port Macquarie-Hastings accounted for the bulk of them with 157.

There are 48 Covid-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with two people in intensive care. 5758 cases have been reported in the district since June 2021.
A Coffs Harbour man aged in his 90s died with Covid last week.
On Sunday, 918 Covid tests were conducted at Mid North Coast Health clinics.
Statewide, NSW Health announced the deaths of 18 people - six women, 11 men, and a child aged under five - in the latest reporting period.
Of the six women and 11 men, one was aged in their 30s, three in their 60s, four in their 70s, seven in their 80s and two in their 90s.
Fifteen of the people who died were from Sydney, two were from the Hunter Region, and one from the Riverina region.
The child from south western Sydney died at home and had significant underlying health conditions.
NSW recorded 20,293 new cases of Covid detected by PCR testing in the 24 hours to 8pm Sunday.
As increasingly people follow NSW Health’s advice to use rapid antigen tests for diagnosing Covid, the number of PCR tests will underestimate the true number of people who have tested positive for the virus.
There are currently 2030 Covid cases admitted to hospital, with 159 people in intensive care, 47 of whom require ventilation.
In NSW, 95.1 per cent of people aged 16 and over have received a first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, and 93.7 per cent have received two doses.
