GRAPHIC footage shows the moment a man lies on a bloodstained footpath outside a cafe following today’s shocking shooting in Sydney’s south west.

Police were called to Bankstown about 3.40spm after a man in his 60s was gunned down. He died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.

Shocking footage has captured the moments following the execution-style shooting.
Both bystanders and police can be seen attempting to give the man CPR and mouth-to-mouth outside the Happy Cup cafe, but without any results.

“Everybody, stand clear!” one police officer can be heard yelling at the crowd of curious passers-by, before moving furniture to give a woman performing CPR more space

“Everyone, you need to get back,” adds a female officer.

“Give way, give way!”

One witness, who did not want to be named, said the man was shot several times in the right hip before he fell to the floor.

He was with another man when he was shot, she said.

It is understood the man was a prominent local lawyer who frequented the cafe regularly
