The celebrations will keep rolling for Coco the Peekapoo who has just been crowned the winner of the Bow Wow 100.

Fresh off the back of her fifth birthday celebrations in August, which included 50 of her four-legged friends and $7000 worth of prizes, she has been named Sydney’s cutest and coolest dog.

Coco, who is affectionately described as a “Peekapoo”, is three quarters toy poodle and one-quarter Pekingese.

Her owner Alina Michaels, 29, from Fairlight, said it was love at first sight when she spotted the pooch while walking through Westfield Chatswood shopping centre.

“I was with my partner, it was just a few weeks before our wedding, and I saw her in the window and just fell in love — I had to have her,” she told The Daily Telegraph.

“She is a cheeky little girl, she’s up to mischief all the time but she is also very affectionate and loveable. She loves cuddles.”

Ms Michaels was so besotted by her pet she wanted to share her on social media and started an Instagram page dedicated to Coco in February 2018.

In that time she has amassed more than 40,000 followers and brought in thousands of dollars worth of brand deals and modelling.

Only last month Ms Michaels splashed the cash on her dog throwing an extravagant $2000 dollar party for Coco on August 24.

“We invited about 50 of her friends from Instagram for a carnival themed party. There were games for the dogs, a treat table and Coco had a two-tier cake,” she said.

“For the humans, there was a doughnut wall.

“We were very fortunate to have $7000 worth of prizes at the party for the dogs also. There was a dress-up competition which was a lot of fun.”

Coco topped the list in our search for the best dogs in Sydney. The Daily Telegraph and NewsLocal recieved hundreds of nominations and had the difficult job of putting together the Bow Wow 100.
