In the past week, the pair were out and about, with Davis dropping his girlfriend outside Springwood train station.
His electronic ankle monitor was in full view as he attended the local police station as part of his daily bail obligations.
A magistrate approved Quinn’s application on January 15, to move in with Davis despite strenuous objections from prosecutors who have tried to stop the pair having any interaction.
Quinn’s own mother Megan supplied prosecutors an email detailing her own objection to the arrangement.
Davis, who was granted bail in the Supreme Court on November 27, did not comment when approached by The Daily Telegraph.
Police believe Jett McKee was trying to rob the couple in Forest Lodge last August when he punched Davis in the head before running outside where Quinn flung him to the ground and Davis allegedly fatally swung the Samurai sword.
Davis’ release was on heavy conditions — he must wear an electronic ankle monitor, report to police daily and his mother supplied a surety of $493,000.
The couple are due to appear in Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday.
