A Bandidos bikie has been accused of participating in a statewide cannabis supply ring after $1.65 million of the illegal drug was seized by police in the Central West.
Police arrested three men as a part of an ongoing investigation into drug supply throughout NSW under Strike Force Hyperion.
Police say the 45-year-old bikie, along with two other men aged 21 and 47, were involved in cultivating cannabis plants on a property in Coolah and selling the drugs across NSW.
Police searched a 285 acre property north of Mudgee and set up a crime scene, where they found 250kg of cannabis, which police say has a $1.65 million street value, as well as a double barrel shot gun and ammunition.
The three men were all arrested at the rural property and charged with cultivating and supplying cannabis, and participating in a criminal group.
The investigation into the large scale drug supply is ongoing, and police say they are expecting to make more arrests as inquiries continue.
