The ABC has edited its promo for a Four Corners expose into the workplace culture at the Seven Network, the culmination of a five-month investigation by reporter Louise Milligan, by deleting one interviewee.

The ABC has revised its promo for Monday night’s planned Four Corners expose into the workplace culture at the Seven Network and removed former Seven EA Amber Harrison.

A Seven spokesman on Saturday denied the network had sought an injunction against the national broadcaster to prevent the report going to air.

It did not however deny issuing legal letters reminding the broadcaster of historic NDAs relating to former staff.

The ABC did not respond to The Saturday Telegraph’s request for clarification on the deletion of Ms Harrison, the EA whose scandalous affair with former Seven CEO Tim Worner made headlines in 2016.

It also was dragging its feet clarifying whether Ms Harrison will still appear in the report.

Ms Harrison was the subject of long-running court action by Seven after she was accused of breaching an NDA.

She was initially quoted in the promo saying “I’m silenced for life.”

The national broadcaster will air reporter Louise Milligan’s five-month investigation Don’t Speak, exploring allegations of “sexism, exploitation and extreme bullying” within Kerry Stokes’s Seven Network, on Monday, August 12.

The report draws upon former Seven staffers who have opened up about their treatment at the hands of senior male staff, some, Four Corners claims, requiring hospitalisation after becoming suicidal.

The ABC claims the Four Corners team interviewed more than 200 people for its “explosive” investigation.

Harrison on Saturday said she was unaware of any new legal threat that might have forced the ABC’s hand concerning her inclusion.
