The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were having a picnic with the locals when heavy rain hit, but they took the downpour like pros and carried on with their meet-and-greet unaffected. 

Earlier the pair, who have announced they are expecting a baby next year, were pictured hugging five-year-old local Luke Vincent in adorable scenes after they arrived at the airport.

The couple have visited the Royal Flying Doctor service and drought-affected farmers while in Dubbo today.
