A millionaire businesswoman mysteriously left her Sydney mansion days ago in jogging clothes and without her phone and hasn’t been seen since.

A Sydney mother left her multimillion-dollar mansion without any money, her mobile or personal possessions last week and hasn’t been seen since.

Melissa Caddick was in jogging gear when she set out from her $7 million home in Dover Heights at 5.30am on November 12.

Police now hold concerns for the wealthy businesswoman’s welfare and her husband Anthony Koletti has made a distraught plea for her return.

“It’s really hard, I’m very worried, all I want is for her to be found. We’ve been married seven years, we’ve known each other a long time,” he told The Daily Telegraph.

“I’m doing everything to help detectives find her, it’s really hard, I just want to find her. Right now I’m chasing every lead possible, all I want is to find her.”

The newspaper also reported Ms Caddick’s disappearance came the same week Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) officials lodged legal proceedings against her.

Ms Caddick was the managing director of SalesXecution, formerly Cadley Consulting Group, which specialises in social media, sales performance and marketing.

The company describes itself as a “nationally recognised thought leader in the convergence of social media and sales performance and marketing”.

“For more than ten years, SalesXecution has been working with emerging internet communication and sales process technologies working closely with world class sales and marketing leaders and corporate communicators to integrate these tools into an organisation’s sales and marketing strategies,” its LinkedIn bio states.

Ms Caddick is described as caucasian, 165cm tall, slim build and has long brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black singlet and leggings, and silver Nike sneakers.
