Shane Warne’s daughter Brooke has shared a heartbreaking tribute celebrating her late father’s life, as his ex-fiancee Elizabeth Hurley lends her support.

Shane Warne’s eldest daughter Brooke has posted an emotional tribute to her late father after the cricketing legend’s shock death.

The 24-year-old shared a photo on Instagram Story on Wednesday of what looked like a pink ice bucket with ‘SW FOREVER LOVED’ written on it in gold text.

Inside, the bucket was filled with white roses, with a lit candle and a photo of Warne with two of his children positioned beside it.

‘The most special gift,” Brooke captioned the post, tagging the people who gave it to her.

Warne’s ex-fiancee Elizabeth Hurley showed her support to Brooke, in the wake of his shock death.

The 56-year-old model and actress left a single red love heart emoji on an emotional Instagram post shared by Brooke on Tuesday.

The post showed the sports star‘s grieving children Jackson, Brooke and Summer with their mother Simone Callahan visiting the statue of their late father outside of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).

Jackson Warne, 23, posted an image of himself near the statue of his father, who died suddenly of a heart attack on March 4.

A large pile of cards, flowers, gifts an tributes have been left at the statue of Warne since his shock death in Thailand.

Jackson posted a love heart as the caption to the picture that quickly attracted thousands of likes and comments.

The statue has become a makeshift memorial site for fans in honour of the Australian cricketer since his death on March 4, with bouquets of flowers, balloons and cards laid at the foot of the sculpture.

Despite the heartbreaking circumstances, the family appeared in high spirits as they smiled for the image, wearing casual attire as they put their arms around each other in support.

Hurley previously sent heartfelt condolences to Summer as the cricket legend’s family mourns his death.

Below her heartfelt post, Hurley, who was in a relationship with Shane from 2010 to 2013, commented: “I love you, Summer. Your daddy worshipped you.”

WARNE FAMILY’S PRIVATE FUNERAL DATE REVEALED

Shane Warne’s family funeral will be held this weekend, with his parents, and children to be joined by close friends to say their last goodbyes.

News Corp has confirmed that the funeral will be held on Sunday.

Warne’s parents, Keith and Brigitte, and children, Brooke, Jackson and Summer, signed off on invitations this week.

The ceremony will come ahead of a state memorial at the MCG on March 30, where up to 50,000 people are expected to attend.

The memorial will also be live streamed to crowds at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Coldplay’s Chris Martin, on tour in Mexico, and Ed Sheeran, who is doing shows in London, are both expected to send video messages that will be beamed onto big screens at the MCG and SCG.

Other musical acts have also been contacted for the state memorial, where the Great Southern Stand is set to be renamed to honour the spin great.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed he will attend the public memorial, with Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews also due to be there.

An all-star production team, likely to include Mushroom Records’ events arm, and Eddie McGuire’s television production company, have been working on the public memorial.

Warne’s friends from India are expected to attend, while former fiancee Liz Hurley is understood to be rescheduling events in the hope of attending, however, nothing has been confirmed.

The family memorial will include Warne’s circle of friends, with invitations sent out this week.
