WEEKEND crowds were treated to a celebration of Kate Bush at the Esplanade this morning.

A group of 15, dressed in red, danced to the songstress’ hit Wuthering Heights in honour of her 60th birthday.

Marketgoers stopped and watched in awe, applauding the performers when they finished.

The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever is an event held each year on July 14 at locations around the world where participants recreate the music video for musician Kate Bush’s 1978 song.
