Investigators continue to probe an alleged mid-afternoon brawl at Dreamworld, with a man aged in his twenties charged early Tuesday morning.

Updated, 3pm Tuesday: A Gold Coast man has faced Southport Magistrates Court after being charged with a number of offences relating to a melee at Dreamworld.
Ormeau man Brendan Jarrett, 24, was charged by police at about 8am Tuesday, having been arrested three hours prior. Jarrett was charged with assault occasioning bodily harm while armed/in company, dangerous operation of a vehicle, and committing a public nuisance.
He was granted bail to reappear at a later date.
Police were first called to the theme park about 3.20pm Monday amid reports two vehicles drove into the car park at speed, disgorging a number of occupants who began fighting.
A trio of people, including a 17-year-old allegedly struck in the head with a hammer, were transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions.
A police spokeman said investigations into the incident were continuing, with a number of other people suspected of involvement.
Police descend after wild scenes at Gold Coast theme park
Earlier, 6pm Monday: A crime scene has been established at Dreamworld after a 17-year-old was allegedly hit in the head with a hammer during an altercation involving the occupants of two vehicles that drove into its car park.
Police were called to the Gold Coast theme park at about 3.20 pm on Monday after the incident unfolded in front of shocked families.
It is believed a black Holden Commodore and a Subaru had been involved in a chase and turned into Dreamworld’s car park.
The Holden crashed into a low wall near the theme park’s entrance.
Occupants of both vehicles got out where an altercation allegedly occurred.
Three people were injured, including the 17-year-old allegedly hit in the head with a hammer.
All three were taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions.
The Subaru involved in the incident allegedly fled the scene with at least two occupants, while the Commodore remained where it had crashed into the wall.
A second crime scene was established on Billinghurst Crescent in Coomera.
