A popular Gold Coast health and wellness influencer has given birth to her second child - a girl with a rather unusual name.

Gold Coast health influencer Ellie Watson has revealed the unique name given to her newborn daughter.
Ellie, the woman behind Elsa’s Wholesome Life, gave birth to her second child in the early hours of October 6 after an “unbelievably hard” labour.
“Welcome to the world … Zimi Watson. Our squishy 3.7kg girl, at 3:00am on the 6th of Oct 2022,” Ellie captioned the baby’s debut post.
The video showed tiny Zimi stretching in her crib, wearing a matching white onesie and beanie.
Zimi’s unique name immediately captured the hearts of Ellie’s followers, declaring they were “obsessed” with the “beautiful” name.
According to BabyCentre, Zimi was the 21,272nd most-popular girls’ name in the world in 2019.
Its origins have been traced back to the Xhosa language in South Africa, and it relates to having, feeling, and sharing “God’s grace”, according to online forums.
As well as baby Zimi, Ellie and her husband Alex parent two-year-old son, Bowie, who was named in honour of Ellie’s love for rainbows and the legendary singer David Bowie.
While pregnant with Zimi, Ellie challenged her followers to guess the incoming name, hinting “the first letter is late in the alphabet”.
Later, she revealed they had a name saved from her first pregnancy.
“We have a name we had for Bowie if he was to be a girl, that is still the front runner,” Ellie wrote back to a follower’s question.
In a carousel of photos from the labour, Ellie said Zimi’s birth was “incredible” but “so unbelievably hard”.
“Birth is wild,” she wrote.
“As Alex described it, you went to a whole new level of *super* woman.”
Ellie joins a growing number of Gold Coast content creators who have been creative with their childrens’ names.
