Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) firefighters were called to the facility on Sullivan Rd at Tallebudgera about 8.20am.
It’s believed the facility is St Andrews at Tallebudgera.

Alarms were sounding and residents and workers had already evacuated, a spokesman said.
Firefighters spent a short amount of time working to locate the fire.
Queensland Police Service was also called about the “fire in a roof space”, a spokesman said.
It was expected emergency services would have to contend with relatively heavy traffic in the area due to roadworks.
