Woman in 40s dragged by man in car after conversation near Hungry Jacks
A man grabbed a woman and dragged her alongside a car at Waurn Ponds shopping centre last week. Police now want information.

A woman grabbed by a man was dragged alongside a car at the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, police say.
The Geelong Highway Patrol is now calling for information about the incident near Hungry Jacks at 6.15pm on January 14.
The Geelong Advertiser understands the woman in her 40s was seen on CCTV walking to a Black Ford sedan with at least two men in it.
After a conversation with the men it is believed the male passenger grabbed the woman as the car was driven away.
“We’re investigating a collision that occurred in the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre Car Park near Hungry Jacks where a pedestrian was injured,” a Victoria Police spokesman said.
“The female was dragged alongside the vehicle for a short distance before the vehicle left the scene.”
