Van flips onto roof on Portarlington-Queenscliff Rd in Swan Bay
Traffic is slowing moving along a rural Bellarine road after a van, which was carrying toilet paper, flipped onto its roof.

A van carrying toilet paper has flipped on its roof along a busy road on the Bellarine Peninsula.
It’s understood two vehicles, a van and a 4WD, collided at the intersection of Swan Bay and Portarlington-Queenscliff roads just before 11am Thursday.
A white van had been flipped onto its roof while a nearby 4WD had damage to its front bender.
A CFA spokesman said occupants were safely removed from the van and were being attended to by paramedics.
Two people were taken to Geelong hospital, including a man in his 60s with minor injuries.
It’s understood the van had been carrying toilet paper, which could be seen sprawled across the road.
Traffic is slowly move through the area with only one lane opened.
The country road is a notorious stretch and has been the scene of multiple accidents in previous years.
In March 2022, Portarlington’s Rachel Watts died after a crash at the same intersection.
