The Royal Geelong Show has officially kicked off and locals, both young and old, are pouring through the gates.
From dumplings and wood fire pizza to show classics like hot chips and dim sims and even bubble tea, dozens of food trucks and vendors are serving up delicious eats for everyone.
The Geelong East Rotary Club is busy in the kitchen cooking burgers and hot dogs.
You can grab lunch from them for under $15 including a burger with the lot ($9.50) and a can of drink ($2.50).
Here are some of the best eats to chow down on at the showgrounds that won’t blow your budget and cost no more than $15.

1. Six chicken or prawn dumplings from Shumeis Dumpling Co: $15
Tuck into a plate of chicken or prawn dumplings while soaking up the atmosphere of the show.
2. Woodfire pizza (margherita, garlic, Hawaiian, capricciosa): $12 to $15
Get a little taste of Italy with a variety of pizza cooked into a wood fire oven. There are four options available that are $15 and under.
3. Twisted potatoes on a stick: $10
Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, twisted potatoes on a stick are fun for the whole family.
4. Chatime milk and fruit bubble teas: $9.80
If you fancy trying someone a bit different at this year’s show, get your hands on a delightfully refreshing bubble tea.
5. Marinated BBQ pork or lamb: $10
Hot off the BBQ, pick from your choice of marinated pork or lamb to eat while you watch the entertainment on offer at this year’s show.
6. Chicken nuggets with hot chips: $12
A family favourite - what more could you ask for.
7. Dagwood dog: $10
You either love them or you don’t. A hot dog coated in batter and fried until crispy.
8. Churros: $5 to $7
Freshly made Spanish doughnuts dipped in sugar and served with your choice chocolate, Nutella or caramel. There are also plenty of vegan options.
9. Fairy floss: Bag $7 or bucket $10
A childhood favourite. You can’t experience the show without a bag of fluffy fairy floss.
10. Waffles with fresh cream: $7
Fancy breakfast for dessert? Hot waffles served with fresh cream makes for the perfect sweet treat to enjoy Saturday night’s fireworks.
11. Strawberries with chocolate or cream: $9 to $12
The perfect combination of sweet strawberries and chocolate or cream.
