Nadia Bartel cops $5000 fine for breaching gathering rules in white powder video

After coping a whopping fine for breaching Covid restrictions, the worst may be yet to come for Nadia Bartel.

Beauty company Hairhouse Australia is the second brand to cut ties with Nadia Bartel in the wake of damning footage of her snorting a white powder.

It comes as the ex-WAG was also hit with a $5452 fine for breaching lockdown rules after the footage showed her and three friends at an illegal gathering.

The other three women, including Bartel’s business partner Ellie Pearson, have also been fined $5425 each.

In a statement provided to So Dramatic! Podcast, the Hairhouse Australia said its partnership with Nadia Bartel had “come to an end”.

“As a result of Nadia’s actions, we have removed all affiliation with Nadia as an ambassador for Hairhouse,” the statement said.

Ms Bartel uploaded multiple hair tutorials to her Instagram account in July as part of a paid partnership with Hairhouse Australia.

Australian vitamin company JSHealth announced over the weekend they were dumping the former WAG for her “illicit behaviour”.

Founder Jessica Sepel said she had to “stand for what’s right”.

“We are a health brand who is very serious about aligning with individuals who share the same values,” she said in an Instagram post.

“In saying that, I’m human and compassion is what the brand has always represented.

“I truly wish this individual strength and peace during this time and although I do not condone what happened, I am a believer that humans make mistakes and we are not a brand who wishes to beat anyone when they are down.”

Police on Monday confirmed Bartel and three other women had been fined for attending the illegal gathering at a private residence in Richmond.

A fifth woman at the address was not charged as she was complying with the chief health officer employment restrictions.

A Victoria Police spokeswoman confirmed inquiries into possible drug offences were ongoing.

Bartel co-operated with police who launched a probe after the video went viral on Friday.

The video showed three of the four women laughing as Bartel leaned over the plate of white powder.

Home visits and private gatherings are banned under current restrictions.

Bartel apologised for her actions saying she was embarrassed and remorseful.

“I have let you all down by my actions,” she wrote.

“I take full responsibility and I am committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure I make better choices in future.

The short clip of the influencer snorting a line of white powder was posted by accident to the Instagram account of Bartel’s friend Ellie Pearson.

Bartel has more than 556,000 Instagram followers and is considered one of Australia’s most high-profile influencers.

She promotes products and works as an ambassador of several lifestyle and wellness brands

The fine is another hip-pocket hit to Bartel whose mega endorsement deals are also at risk from the incident.

After the footage emerged on Friday, her ex-husband Geelong legend Jimmy Bartel posted a snap of himself lying in bed with his sons, starting homeschooling for the day.

On Sunday, the Brownlow medallist Jimmy Bartel, celebrated Father’s Day with his sons and posted a touching tribute to the young boys on social media.

“Father’s Day is the best!! Being your dad Aston and Henley is everything. Love you big boys,’’ the former AFL star wrote on Instagram, along with a world emoji.

The Bartels recently finalised their divorce, with neither making public comment.
