A wild road rage brawl erupted in the middle of one of Geelong’s main roads on Monday afternoon.

Video shows two men throwing a flurry of punches on Melbourne Rd, near the intersection of Bacchus Marsh Rd, in Norlane about 5pm.

A witness said the pair were both driving erratically before hopping out of their vehicles to exchange blows.

“They were cutting one another off near Bunnings, endangering other people’s lives,” she said.

“(They) continued on yelling back and forth at one another up until they got out and had a blue.

“Once the driver in the ute got in his car and took off he sped up beside me and cut me off and then went on his merry way.”

While she said police were notified of the incident, a Victoria Police spokeswoman said there was “no offence reported” and “all parties had left the scene upon police arrival”.

It comes only weeks after video emerged of a shirtless tradie and a shop owner exchanging blows in a CBD brawl.
