‘Expensive day for him’: Man smashes vintage vehicle into parked cars
A man will face court after crashing his vintage 1975 Holden Torana, which could cost upwards of $100,000, into two parked vehicles.

A man has been charged after allegedly crashing his 1975 Holden Torana into parked cars.
The collision occurred about 12.45pm on Sunday on McKillop St, East Geelong.
A Victoria Police spokesman said the driver of the Holden became impatient at a set of traffic lights.
The 51-year-old allegedly overtook a vehicle turning left from Ormond Rd into McKillop St and lost control, colliding with two legally parked cars.
“It was an expensive day for him,” the spokesman said.
A 1975 Holden Torana can cost upwards of $100,000.
Leading Senior Constable Thomas Pilgrim said the smash caused significant damage to all three vehicles, rendering a parked red Hyundai i30 undrivable and leaving a Kia Sportage with minor damage.
Paramedics attended the scene but no one was injured.
The driver will face court on various traffic charges including careless driving.
