Police have appealed for information on a Cairns man who has been missing since September last year.

Lindsay Randall, 48, was last seen on Buckley Street, Yorkeys Knob on September 27, 2024.

Police believe that he may be within the Greater Cairns Region and was last believed to have travelled to Gordonvale.

It is understood he last made contact with a family member on September 20, 2024.

Following exhaustive investigations since he was reported missing, officers are now seeking additional information from the public in the hope of progressing ongoing inquiries.

Mr Randall is described as caucasian in appearance, with short light-coloured hair and dark eyes.

Mr Randall’s family and police hold concerns for his welfare given the length of time since he has made contact, or been seen.

Police are appealing to Lindsay, or anyone who may have information regarding his movements or whereabouts, to come forward.
