WorkSafe are set to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a man at an industrial site.

A man has died on an industrial site, with WorkSafe set to investigate the incident.

The man was struck by a loader at an industrial site on Maygar Boulevard in Broadmeadows about 9.45am on Friday.

Paramedics worked on the man, but unfortunately he died at the scene.

He is yet to be formally identified.

WorkSafe are set to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death and police will prepare a report for the coroner.

Investigations are ongoing, however the death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.
