A luxury car rental store has been engulfed in flames, with police treating the fire as suspicious.

A luxury car rental store has been engulfed in flames as police say the fire is being treated as suspicious.

Emergency services were called to Qld Luxury Car Rentals about 6.40am on Friday, with the building at the intersection of Bundall Rd and Ashmore Rd in Bundall, Queensland in flames.

Video footage shows smoke billowing out of the building.

A luxury Mercedes and the property has been extensively damaged in the blaze.

No one was injured and a crime scene has been declared.

A Queensland Fire and Rescue spokesperson confirmed crews arrived on the scene about 6.45am.

“There was a car inside the structure that was well involved in the fire,” the spokesperson said, with the blaze under control about 7am.

Police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
