Sydney A-listers Sam Burgess and Lucy Graham celebrated the latter’s pregnancy over the weekend, with the ex-NRL star’s family turning out in force.

Lucy Graham, the partner of NRL great Sam Burgess, hosted a baby shower in Sydney over the weekend.
In March Graham and Burgess, who began dating in 2022, and got engaged last month, confirmed they were expecting their first child.
On Saturday, Graham shared photos of herself, Burgess and friends celebrating her pregnancy at a venue in Sydney.
“Baby shower love,” Graham said in one of the posts.
“(F)eeling very grateful for these ladies (and gent).”
Sam’s mum, Julie Burgess, and his former sister in law Joanna, who is believed to have split from George Burgess earlier this year, were seen celebrating with Ms Graham.
Tahlia Giumelli, who is married to Tom Burgess, was not seen in any of the photographs, and appears to have stayed home with the couple’s children while her footballer husband participated in a team event.
Graham, who like Burgess is from the United Kingdom, moved to Australia recently in order to be with the former England and South Sydney Rabbitohs star.
The pair confirmed their engagement via social media last month.
Burgess has two other children with his former wife, Phoebe Hooke, who are four and three respectively.
Pictures shared by Graham, a hairdresser who has also had her own clothing brand, show her in a yellow dress, proudly exhibiting her pregnancy.
In one of Graham’s photos the hashtag read “7weeksout” - suggesting she is likely to give birth in the coming months.
