A woman who was trolled after many mistook her bride for a 10-year-old boy has shared a pregnancy update.

Lauren, 31, and Hannah Kaye, 29, married earlier this year at a registry office in Surrey, England, after dating for two years. They initially met on Tinder.

In November, the pair announced they were expecting triplets. As Lauren already had two children, it meant she couldn’t get IVF treatment in the UK. So, the pair headed to Northern Cyprus immediately after their wedding to undergo treatments.

The pair spent over $18,000 for reciprocal IVF. This allows both partners to participate biologically in the pregnancy process.

Lauren recently gave an update at the 16-week mark. She revealed the couple were expecting two boys and a girl.

“I also had a gastric sleeve two years ago. I lost 95kg — and I’ve had plastic surgery. So, my bump’s not as big as I thought it would be,” she said.

“I am definitely getting wider and there is a bump starting to show.”

Many congratulated the couple.

“I’m so jealous of you little bump. Am 17 weeks on Wednesday, and mine is getting so big it’s so weird to see after loosing 38kg with gastric sleeve I notice my bump so much better. You look amazing though,” one commented.

Another said: “Enjoy your bump️. Soon be growing.”

“It’s going so quick! Swear it was only last week you announced the IVF had worked,” one said.

One added: “It will pop out of nowhere you just wait.”

The couple chose a Swedish sperm donor, as that had the closest match to the duo’s looks. Hannah donated the eggs while Lauren is carrying the fertilised embryos. They labelled it an “exhausting and stressful” process.

Three days after implantation, Lauren felt unwell. Two weeks later, a blood test confirmed what they knew.

“Hannah and I joke that we got a ‘three for one deal’,” Lauren told The Sun.

“To reach the three-month mark and all babies to be developing happily is another miracle.”

The couple gained infamy following their wedding.

Hannah’s appearance meant that when their wedding photos popped up online, they received a barrage of hate.

One person even said it was “cute” that Lauren’s 10-year-old son had walked her down the aisle. People yell at the couple when they walk down the street.

It’s not the first time she’d faced backlash because of this. She’d been refused buying a lottery ticket and an energy drink because of her youthful appearance before.

But, the pair have continued living their lives. Lauren joked she believes her wife will never age.
