The real issue with this 'spoilt' girl's in-flight tantrum

"Do some parents do this because they think their kid is cute in that moment?"

Mum shares her toddlers tantrum after flying economy

Flying with children often ends in tears, usually from the parents as well. But this little girl takes an inflight tantrum to a whole new level.

Model and influencer Dasha Far posted her daughter's most recent tantrum, and it almost defies belief (from people who aren't parents).

The pair went on a girls' trip for the child's birthday, but on the way home, things took a turn.

The text on the video reads, "After my daughter experienced flying in business class."

Then she writes, "Her reaction to economy class."

"I wanted a big seat"

No surprise, it was the economy seat that had the girl so worked up.

Dasha posted the viral video, with her daughter crying, saying, "Because I wanted a big seat and this one is a small seat."

Hard relate, babe, hard relate.

The mum, empathetic to her daughter's crocodile tears, captioned the clip, "Can relate."

The video has gained over 2 million views in less than a day.

"They are being a spoilt brat"

The internet was largely unbothered by the tears, but blamed Dasha for them, not her child.

"I do wonder what goes through a parent's mind when they decide to take a phone out and record their child upset or crying," one parent wrote.

"I have never done this as I feel it’s just not ok. Also, why film this when you should be explaining and making the child understand that they are being a big spoilt brat?

"My kids have travelled in business and economy and never have I seen this reaction from them. It’s all about teaching them the value of things."

This parent agreed, writing, "The child managed to create a nuisance in the plane, and now her privileged Mummy is spreading the same nuisance by posting this video. Sheer example of how parents think their child is cute and they all are so entitled."

"I would never post that"

"Why would you even post this nonsense?" one user questioned.

To which Dasha replied, "Why not?"

The banter didn't stop there after another wrote: "Wow, I would never post that."

Dasha clapped back, "Don't post then."

After a bit of scrolling on her feed, it shouldn't come as a shock that the open mum would post a raw video like this. But people still didn't like it.

"Judging from the comments, this post reached the wrong audience," one pointed out.

Another raged: "OMG, she’s a little kid who doesn’t understand. She really isn’t being a demanding brat. It’s the mother who is at fault. I suspect her mother sat her in the seat for a photo op and then took her back to economy.

"Stop mocking and monetising little children!"

Finally, some viewers expressed that the child had a good reason to cry.

"I don’t blame her. I would be sad, too," one joked.

"All of us, sweetie… all of us," a second agreed.

"I feel you, baby girl. I wish I could cry too every time I have to fly in economy," another laughed.

"Yeah, she expressed feelings for all of us," Dasha responded.
