Growing families will get more house for their buck with the Bennelong 36

THIS home is no shrinking violet when it comes to space and if you’re looking to get more house for your buck it could be the forever house for growing families.

Home theatre.

FOR families looking to capitalise on their land and build more house for their buck, then the Bennelong 36 at Kellyville is certainly worth considering.

At 338sqm, it’s no shrinking violet, with open-plan living and theatre and rumpus rooms wrapped around a sweeping staircase.

It’s the design that buyers turn to when they want to build their last family home.

The design incorporates enough bedrooms to accommodate an average-sized family and separate living rooms aplenty to give parents and siblings breathing space should they require privacy.

The grandness of the two-storey is another factor for style-conscious families.

It is on display with the Horizon facade. Offering a mix of white slate tiles on the portico against dark brick, the design is on-trend, but classically styled to fit in with suburban street front in the metro area.

LIVING

There are so many living areas in the Bennelong 36 that this design could easily accommodate in-laws or visiting family.

The study, which is positioned at the front of the home, could be turned into a bedroom.

The theatre, family room, rumpus and alfresco zone offer alternate places to chill on the ground level.

The flow of the design is such that the family, dining and kitchen is combined in one open space spanning almost 12m, creating a nice hub where the main activity takes place.

The kitchen is grand in the Bennelong 36. On display in a polyurethane finish and white Caesarstone benchtop with a pale splashback, colour has been added with barstools for display purposes. The breakfast bar houses the double sink, but there is enough depth to allow family members to sit on the opposite side.

The rumpus room is situated at the end of the display home connected to the alfresco area, which is included in the base price.

The Bennelong 36 is also displayed with a fireplace in the family room, which would be a welcome optional addition to the room during the colder months.

For a more private feel, the theatre room is located just to the left of the entry.

Positioned in a quiet section of the home, the theatre is more than five metres long, making it one of the most luxurious spaces on the ground floor.

BEDROOMS

The main bedroom has its own private balcony at the front of the design. Taking up a good chunk of the first floor, it’s more like a studio apartment within the home.

The walk-in robe is hidden behind the bedhead, while the ensuite features a double basin sink, toilet and bathroom.

The secondary bedrooms are also well placed around the upstairs sitting room. All have built-in robes, while bedroom four is closest to the main bathroom.

WHAT THE BUILDER SAYS

THE Bennelong 36 is popular with people who are looking to build their last family home; it is popular with second-homebuyers and young families wanting to make their next step.

Most buyers are impressed with the generous entry and theatre room.

It’s a big design with many different zones.

There’s a common area upstairs and outdoor entertaining area next to the rumpus, a spacious kitchen and bathrooms.

People have also told us they like the open walk-in robe to the main bedroom. It’s a contemporary home that fits in with many suburbs in the Sydney metro area.

WE’RE LOVING

• The main bedroom, which takes up almost half of the first floor and has its own private balcony

• The fireplace in the family room is a cosy optional extra

• Bedrooms two, three and four are wrapped around the upstairs sitting room
