A Brazilian fitness influencer has been declared to have “the perfect female body”, according to an AI analysis.
Karol Rosalin, 25, was hailed “a perfect 10” after an artificial intelligence model evaluated the wellbeing, health, and strength of the Sao Paulo local, while also considering aesthetic factors such as symmetry, proportion, and overall harmony.
“She has the perfect body in terms of definition and is ideal in the fitness world,” Playboy Australia reported.
With over 700,000 followers on Instagram, Rosalin attributes her physique to a healthy diet and regular gym workouts.
“Seeing the results in the mirror is already a victory,” she told the magazine. “Being recognised as the ‘Perfect Fitness Woman’ is incredible!”
Admitting that she began strength training eight years ago, Rosalin currently weight trains five days a week and also does a daily aerobic class.
Her diet typically includes fruits, vegetables, oats, and chicken and some of her favourite meals to cook on Instagram include baked sweet potato chips and vegetable frittatas.
Her go-to breakfast is two scrambled eggs, cassava, papaya, pineapple, oats, cinnamon and coffee.
However, for those aspiring to emulate the model’s strict routine, a fitness expert has cautioned that many factors contribute to this aesthetic, and simply copying the regime of influencers may not yield the same results.
“Genetics and lifestyle play a huge role in determining body shape and type, and I want to stress that there are many ‘perfect’ body types. Opinions are subjective, and the concept of the ‘perfect body’ is inherently subjective,” said Ben Lucas, Director of Flow Athletic.
Lucas, a former NRL player for the Cronulla Sharks and owner of one of Sydney’s premier fitness and yoga studios, is also a leading personal trainer who has worked with various stars, including Erin Holland, Sammy Robinson, and Elton John.
He emphasises that strength and resistance training is a “brilliant” way to speed up metabolism, aiding in fat burning and muscle toning.
“I would recommend incorporating two to three sessions of resistance training into your weekly routine,” he advised. “That said, staying active every day is essential, whether it’s a brisk walk, swimming, playing tennis with friends, or attending different workout classes.”
Regarding nutrition, Lucas insists that a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and lean proteins is crucial.
In recent years, Lucas has noted a rising trend among women striving for muscle definition, similar to Ms Rosalin’s aesthetic.
“Fitness influencers have certainly made an impact,” he remarked.
However, for many of his clients, the visual benefits of weight training have merely been a bonus, with health and fitness being the primary objectives.
“Typically, people train for events such as fun runs, HYROX competitions, or bodybuilding shows, so they focus on performance,” he explained.
Ultimately, “everyone has different preferences and unique body types,” so Lucas advises focusing on what works best for you.
