To mark International Hamburger Day today, restaurant delivery service Deliveroo has partnered with 28 restaurants to create one off, bespoke burgers for this week only.

Zushi is making a popcorn chicken burger with a sushi rice bun, China Diner is offering cheeseburger spring rolls and Brooklyn Depot is ladling vindaloo on top of a beef patty.

Limited edition burgers appeal to the diners’ need for the new, with statistics showing there has been a 500 per cent uplift on burger orders via Deliveroo across Sydney, with burger orders peaking on Saturdays.

Here are 14 places where you can find a big, tasty burger around Sydney.
