The NSW bushfires have caused statewide devastation. Lives have been tragically lost, homes and towns destroyed and devastated and an estimated one billion-plus animals have perished in the catastrophic blazes.
While money is being donated around the world, restaurants, cafes and bars in Sydney are also helping in the bushfire relief, raising funds in their own way.
Here are some of the places to visit where you can spend money on food and drinks where a portion of sales go to bushfire relief.

Empty Esky initiative
Much of regional NSW relies on tourism to survive. As a way to support bushfire affected communities, the #emptyesky initiatives encourages people to take a road trip to a rural town, along with an empty Esky and purchase products from farm gate growers, wineries and other food producers.
