FLYING FISH

It may be her special day, but for fans of fish and crustaceans, everyone is a winner at this award-winning restaurant.

Recently relocated from its Jones Bay Wharf location, a rather refined rustic venue, this new space is bright and airy with a colour palette of muted ocean blues.

That same subtlety is carried over to the menu, with dishes that celebrate the bounty of the sea without hiding it behind sauces and overpowering flavours.
