Kmart has got its fans into a frenzy by launching a $25 kitchen gadget that’s perfect for making fresh smoothies and drinks on the go.
Whether you’re at work, hitting the gym, on a road trip, or enjoying a camping adventure, people have been hailing the portable blender a “game changer”.
Available across Kmart stores across the country, it’s also proved popular with busy workers and parents, creating delicious drinks in mere seconds, without the need for power access.
Just unscrew the bottom component, fill it with your favourite ingredients, hit the button, and it will blend everything into a smooth post-workout protein shake or a refreshing morning smoothie.
You can even sip straight from the glass, which means minimal washing up.
One of the best features is that users can prep the ingredients the night before or toss them in as they’re rushing out the door, making it super easy to whip up a drink anywhere without much prep.
The 400mL blender boasts six stainless steel blades, a silicone handle for easy transport, and anti-slip rubber feet.
To charge it, plug the included USB cable into any power bank, laptop, or outlet.
It’s available in four chic colours – sage green, lilac, white and blue.
Shoppers are loving the new portable blender, which went viral after Kmart shared it on its TikTok account.
“I just got one, and I love it!” one happy customer declared.
Another replied, “Wow, love it!” while a third commenter wrote, “I need it!”
Others called the gadget “amazing” and said they are “great for on-the-go blends”.
Meanwhile on Instagram, one woman called it “her work dream” while another claimed they “needed it” for camping.
However, some people were sceptical about the tool and wondered what purpose it served.
“Oh dear. Why though?” asked one.
“Because you can’t afford that extra minute at home to blend before you leave,” someone replied sarcastically.
“I really don’t get it, if the ingredients are in there already,” said someone else.
Another content creator, @jordi2430, also took to TikTok to share an unboxing video of her new purchase.
She demonstrated how easy it was to disassemble and assemble it in order to add the ingredients inside and then wash it afterwards.
The woman then made a banana and mixed berry smoothie using frozen fruits and milk.
“It’s the perfect size to take to the park and easy to fit in your car as the bottom will fit into the cup holder perfectly,” she praised.
A different account, @myaffordablefinds, urged their followers to “run to Kmart” after spotting the find on the shelves.
It comes as part of Kmart’s February Living Launch, which offers a range of aesthetic, luxurious-looking pieces for budget-friendly prices.
