He won the Kennedy Award for Scoop of the Year for his coverage of the arrest of Roger Rogerson in 2014 and was also nominated for Walkley award for the expose on Rogerson.

A 29 yo woman is in a serious condition after falling 12 metres inside Bar 100, a building on George St the Rocks overnight at around midnight. A large number of police, police rescue and ambulance officers took over an hour to free the woman and transport her to hospital.
