China Doll shuts, hospital COVID cluster grows

A Woolloomooloo restaurant has shut after being visited by a suspected COVID-19 case. It comes after NSW recorded nine new cases overnight, including several healthcare workers as an emerging cluster linked to two Sydney hospitals continues to grow.

Ambulance were dispatched but the male was driven to concord hospital by his friends in a white Suzuki swift. Paramedics redirected to the hospital to pick up the male and take him to RPA. His injuries are said to be minor considering his fall.

Victorian pair fined sneaking into NSW via taxi

A Victorian man and woman who tried to sneak into NSW via taxi have been fined for not possessing valid permits and escorted back across state borders. It comes as the state recorded five new cases of coronavirus today, while in Victoria, 41 people were diagnosed.

Sydney school evacuated after positive student case

A western Sydney primary school has been evacuated after a student tested positive to coronavirus. Meanwhile Premier Gladys Berejiklian confirmed difficulties in receiving information from Victoria is stopping NSW from planning a reopening of the southern border.
