CRASH POST ALLEGED PURSUIT, HOMEBUSH DR, WOODBERRY NSW, AUSTRALIA, 25/06/2025, , Description, , AT APPROXIMATELY 4:30AM THIS MORNING A CRASH HAS OCCURRED ON HOMEBUSH DR X WOODBERRY RD AT WOODBERRY. EXACT DETAILS ARE NOT CONFIRMED AS YET BUT THERE IS BELIEVED TO BE SIX OCCUPANTS OF THE CAR, ALL AGED BETWEEN TWELVE AND FIFTEEN YEARS OF AGE. FOUR ARE BELIEVED HAVE MINOR INJURIES AND TWO HAVE MORE SERIOUS INJURIES SUCH AS FRACTURES TO LIMBS, RIBS AND PELVIS. THE CAR HAS CRASHED INTO A TREE AFTER AN ALLEGED PURSUIT AND IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT NONE ON BOARD WERE WEARING SEATBELTS. IT EXPECTED THAT ALL WILL BE TAKEN TO JOHN HUNTER HOSPITAL WITH NON LIFE THREATENING INJURIES.

Teen charged after alleged stolen car chase injures six

A 15-year-old boy has been charged after six teenagers were hospitalised when an alleged stolen car – which police say was taken during the burglary of an 85-year-old woman’s unit – crashed during a pursuit in the Hunter.

Measles alert issued for Sydney

NSW Health is urging recent travellers and visitors to the airport to be vigilant for measles symptoms after a confirmed case was infectious while passing through the International Airport.
