What is My Account?

My Account is a portal that allows you to manage your subscription online. You can access My Account via our websites. If you navigate to My Account on the app you will be redirected to the website.

Please note:
If you are not logged in to the website on your device, you will need to sign in to access My Account when redirected from the app.




Why can’t I manage my subscription through My Account?

Some home delivery subscriptions do not have access to My Account.
To check if your subscription has access, please follow these steps:

1. Once signed in to the website, click on the down arrow next to your name and select My Account.

2. Click on Manage My Subscription.

If you can see the details of your subscription, then you can manage it online.

If you cannot see your subscription and would like to have access to My Account, please let us know by submitting an enquiry via the Contact Us form.



How do I access My Account?

MyAccount via Desktop

1. Go to Sign In, located in the top right-hand corner of the website.

2. Enter the email address and password you used when you subscribed.

a. Once logged in, your name will replace the Sign In button.

3. Click on the down arrow located next to your name and select My Account.

MyAccount via App

1. Open the app by tapping the app icon on your device.

2. Tap the three horizontal lines, located on the right-hand side of the page.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Tap on My Account, located under Help and Feedback.

5. You will then be redirected to the website experience on your device.

MyAccount via Mobile

1. If you have not logged in to the website on your device before you will be presented with the login screen.

2. Enter the email address and password you used when you subscribed and click Log In.

3. If you were redirected from the app you will be taken straight to My Account.

4. If you accessed the website directly, you may need to navigate to My Account

a. Click on the down arrow located next to your name and select My Account.




What is my subscription ID number?

Your subscription ID number is unique to your subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions, you will have a different number for each subscription.

You can find your subscription ID number by following these steps:

1. Once signed in to the website, click on the down arrow next to your name and select My Account.

2. Select Manage My Subscription.

3. Your subscription IDs will be listed under each subscription associated with your login details.

If you receive an invoice, you can find your subscription ID under your subscription information, on the right hand side of your invoice.
