A PHOTOGRAPH accompanying an article published on September 26, 2016 mistakenly identified Toby Commens as Bo Barker, the Riverina man who was jailed for 20 months for two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death.
This was incorrect.
Mr Commens had nothing to do with the incident.
The Daily Telegraph sincerely apologises to Mr Commens for the error.
