Ripped actor Chris Hemsworth has been busy filming Thor: Love and Thunder at Centennial Park and the Hollywood actor recently took time out to enjoy some family time back home in Byron Bay.
Hemsworth stepped out with his twin sons Tristan and Sasha, who turn seven next month, along with his younger brother Liam during a low-key lunch outing over the weekend.
The A-lister, who ramped up his workouts in the lead up to filming Thor last month, recently sustained an acute back injury but appears to be on the mend.
He recently told Men’s Health magazine that he could never give up his gruelling exercise routine.
“My body shuts down when I stop working out,” he told the publication. “I just don’t feel good. I like it for a couple of days, then everything just starts to hurt. I get achy and there’s inflammation, my back’s stiff. I’m just well aware that in order for me to live healthier and happier, I’ve got to keep moving.”
Hemsworth stars alongside Matt Damon, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale and more in the latest instalment of Thor.
The highly-anticipated film is expected to spend around $178 million, use the services of around 1,650 local Australian businesses and create up to 2,500 jobs in NSW.
