THE Bachelor’s ex-fiancee has spoken out after her tell-all interview on The Project last night, thanking the Australian public for their support.
Frost tweeted a picture she had uploaded to Instagram in the early hours of this morning, telling her followers she has “so much love for you all” after an outpouring of support after the interview.
“A picture of me holding a note with nice words, will never be able to express my gratitude to the Australian public for their continuous love & support,” she wrote on Instagram overnight.
“I read every comment, and you guys have helped me get through a pretty humiliating experience by always putting a smile on my face! Now it’s time to move on to bigger & better things.”

Blake Garvey and his now ex-fiancee Sam Frost told the Channel 10 show how their break up unfolded after the cameras stopped rolling.
Their appearance helped the show to its biggest ratings ever, peaking at 1.192 million (by comparison, Friday’s show rated 598,000)
Sitting down with Carrie Bickmore from The Project, The Bachelor’s ex-fiancee Frost revealed that after their romantic trip to South Africa where Garvey popped the question, “he kind of switched off”.
Frost said last night that they stayed in South Africa for a few nights after the taping of the final episode finished. At the time, she said Garvey was upset.

“He was just a bit emotional and a bit upset, I sort of let him have his time and distance. We were just more like friends.
”We actually haven’t hung out as a couple or even given it a shot or anything like that he just dusted it off his hands like it’s done, and I’m like what’s done? We haven’t even tried,” she said.
Five weeks later, Garvey said they ended it in person. He said he did put pressure on himself to propose, but still loved Sam.
“We met up in person and just talked over it and as anyone would in that situation, when you have that time and you feel it’s not quite right you have to listen to your heart,” he said.
“It’s hard because I do love Sam. She’s just a beautiful person.”
“I was there I was in that moment and maybe you get caught up in it all. I think I can put some pressure on myself ... it’s a surreal situation.”
But Frost wasn’t buying his claims that he loved her. When he ended their engagement, she said she angrily told him: “How dare you propose to me!”
“I’m so annoyed he proposed, and that’s actually what I said to him. When he called it off, I said ‘How dare you propose to me! How dare you take that moment away from me because I want to be engaged once, and get married once’. I want to believe in it and I feel like he kind of took that away from me. He made me feel like it’s actually going to happen,” she said.

“Reflecting back I’m quite confused to be honest and I thought at the time it felt very real and natural, and I feel I’ve been played a little bit,” she added.
“I was very sad when he told me. I cried for a long time and then I was angry and I was just like what the hell was that.”
When she watched the show on TV, Frost said she thought Garvey’s words were “a load of rubbish”.
And when asked if he was in love with someone else, Garvey dodged Bickmore twice, saying: “It’s not about that right now, it’s about the fact that my heart is broken.”
“I think right now the focus is on this, getting past this ... and this is very raw.”
His comments attracted a few laughs and dropped jaws from The Project audience.
While Frost did not think he was in love with one of the other Bachelorettes on the reality TV show, she said “you just never know”.
“I hope not, I don’t know. I think that’s a question for Blake but that would make it a thousand times worse,” she told Bickmore.
“I don’t think so, I’m still friends with all the girls there and I would hope not, but you just never know.”

Garvey maintained he did propose to her on the show because he genuinely loved her.
“I did that because I love Sam.
“I don’t think it’s necessarily something that’s gone wrong, it’s just a general feeling,” he said.
Frost said she did not believe him ”for a second” and said she “felt quite numb about him” now.
“I can watch the show and just kind of go, what a jackass!”, she said.
In the series finale that aired last week, 31-year-old real estate agent Garvey proposed to 25-year-old financial consultant Frost.
Viewers were left shocked and a rumour mill began after Network Ten cancelled all media appearances and interviews for the former couple and the runner-up bachelorette Lisa Hyde before the final episode went to air.
In a statement released by Network Ten last week, Garvey said he simply fell out of love with Frost.
“Sadly, Sam and I have parted ways,” he said.
“I have so much love, care and respect for her but unfortunately the relationship hasn’t worked.
“As with any break up it’s not only heartbreaking but incredibly disappointing. We have been through an unforgettable experience together which I’ll always cherish.”
Since the break up, Frost has vented on social media, revealing that Garvey was the one who pulled the pin on their relationship.
“People need to stop asking why we broke up. Trust me, I’m just as in the dark as you all are. Blake is the one calling all the shots here,” she tweeted.
