A reality TV contestant was once again left red-faced this week after another one of her suitors opted to walk out during elimination.

FBoy Island Australia star Ally Woodfall is one of the three women trying to find love with a Nice Guy among a sea of FBoys on the BINGE dating series.

But on this week’sepisode, Ally’s dating pool shrunk when one of her top three men up and walked.

Fed up with being left in the background, contestant Durrell “Nuggett” McDonald said his piece before exiting the villa and leaving Ally with two men to choose from, Joe and Chad –her final two by default.

“At this point, dude, I’m done. This is my fifth time being up here and every single time, I felt like I’ve just had to fight and fight, and I’m frankly tired,” Nugget said when asked by host Abbie Chatfield why Ally should take him to next week’s finale.

“I feel like I keep fighting trying to prove to you who I am and what I am,” he added before revealing his status. “And just so that everybody knows, I am Nuggett and I am a Nice Guy.”

Ally and the other girls, Krystal Thomas and Nicole Mitrov, are not made aware of the men’s Nice Guys or FBoys statuses until they reveal it at elimination. So it was quite the mic-drop moment when Nuggett, a former basketball player, revealed Ally had lost out on a Nice Guy.

“But I can’t keep doing this sh*t,” he added. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry, Ally... It’s all still love.”

In a later confessional, Ally said that she wished Nuggett had told her his feelings earlier and in private.

“I wish Nuggett would have told me this at the mixer, but f**king get on the ‘we’re all leaving Ally ‘express bus,” she told producers.

It was also a shame to see Nuggett walk as he was the only one of Ally’s final three who remained respectful to her during this week’s racy partner swap group dates.

While Joe and Chad got their flirt on with Nicole when tasked with switching partners for the day, Nuggett kept his distance from the Geelong model and refused to play FBoy Twister with her and the boys.

“I think the girls are trying to set us up to try to see one, who breaks and two, what intel they can get on the other guys,” Nuggett told the producers earlier in the episode.

“Girls talk, so I’m the one navigating the goddamn spinny thing because I don’t want to get in trouble.”

It seems the writing was on the walk for Nuggett’s walkout as in last week’s episode he said he was tired of fighting for her affections as Joe is clearly her frontrunner.

“I’ve been up here [on elimination night] four times in a row,” Nuggett said. “I just keep fighting, and once again I still feel like I’m just fighting for second and third [place]. Like, if you kick me off, I understand.”

Nicole and Krystal were just as shocked to hear Nuggett was not only leaving but was also a Nice Guy.

But instead Ally chose to eliminate Wes, 28-year-old account manager from Victoria, who called her out after before his exit.

“Ally, from the start I feel like you’ve had the eyes for Joe and your eyes have never swayed left or right,” he told her.

“There’s been seven dates and I’ve been on none. I don’t feel like I’ve ever had your time. I don’t want to feel like a fourth or fifth option, and that’s the honest truth, Ally.”

Nuggett was also in last week’s bottom two with Wes, who was eliminated.

When she countered that he could’ve “stepped up”, he really let her have it.

“It just felt like you had someone else to speak to all the time,” he explained. “It was never me. I don’t know when a man is supposed to stop pushing. You don’t want to force anything though, either. It is what it is.”

After his feelings were met with a series of sighs from Ally, he delivered this final blow: “I hope you do get an FBoy in the end, and I do hope he does take the 50K.”

For context, if the ladies choose a Nice Guy in the end, they both walk away with $50,000. If they choose an FBoy, they risk him keeping the cash for himself.

With two Nice Guys throwing in the towel in as many weeks, let’s hope Ally isn’t left with an FBoy in the end.
