MARRIED at First Sight wives Cheryl Maitland and Nadia Stamp have banded together to hit back at their bullying husbands.
In tonight’s show on Channel 9, previous nice-guy Andrew ‘Jonesy’ Jones launches an unprecedented — and lewd — attack on his on-screen partner Maitland, laughing about her breasts.
Also in tonight’s episode, he also reveals he preferred the company of his former bride, Lauren Bran, who famously ditched him after their ‘wedding’.
Maitland is not the only one who has been on the receiving end of rude comments — co-star Stamp is called ‘frigid’ by her ‘husband’ Anthony Manton in front of the other couples.
But the girls have called their respective husbands on their disrespectful behaviour.
Maitland said: “I know it’s a ‘boy’s code’, and they were having a laugh and stuff — and I’m all for banter — but to make it about one person”
“You’re supposed to be in the experiment working on your relationship. It was degrading.”
The comments came during a boys’ night out and commitment ceremony.

Jones holds court during the episode, telling the other ‘husbands’ how hard it’s been being paired with Maitland.
He complains that all they have to talk about is “hair extensions and the Kardashians,” before saying he considers himself “single”.
Maitland admits she was shocked when shown footage by producers.
“I don’t mind if I get complimented on the way I look but the way it was said — that’s degrading behaviour,” she said.
Up until this point the 38-year-old firefighter has been painted in a good light, with viewers cheering him on as he sought to find love second time around with Maitland.
But his behaviour tonight will cast him as the show’s new villain.
Fellow grooms Sean and Simon admitted they were upset to hear Jones speak about Maitland in that way.
“I don’t know if he was just trying to impress the boys. Or whether that’s how he is — I don’t know,” Sean said.
“But just how he was speaking — you don’t speak like that about girls.
“The way she was spoken about ... and she wasn’t there to defend herself.”
He then follows this up in Monday night’s episode with: “Being like the father figure, I am trying to stop the (conflict) between everyone.”
“So I thought it best to bring her round and have a chat with her.”
Stamp and Maitland say have both bonded over their shared experiences.
“It’s been great to see Cheryl,” Stamp said.
“We have been through the same thing. It’s been so good to have a little debrief.”
Maitland added: “It’s good to know we’ve got each other’s backs.”
“It’s nice to talk with other people that have gone through the same thing and to know there’s support there.”
Like Maitland, Stamp says she too was shocked by her husband’s behaviour.
“I wasn’t expecting him to say that, because I don’t think there was an issue with my level of intimacy, or how I showed my emotions,” she said.
“I know in the beginning I was obviously quite reserved, getting to know him but four weeks later, we had shared some great moments together.
“So for him to say that was, like, ‘What? I beg your pardon’.”
Similarly, she said she was shocked to learn of Maitland’s treatment.
“She has had the raw end of the stick (too),” she said.
“I guess she is quite controversial on the show but I feel like she has got a very big heart and she is a lovely, lovely girl.”
For the time being — at least — Maitland is determined to give Jones the benefit of the doubt.
“I think we both became people that we aren’t really like (during filming),” she explained.
“I would never act like that in a relationship, and I think he would never do the same but I think it reached a point where he just gave up.”
