Jackie ‘O’ Henderson stuns with swimsuit photo after 18kg weight loss

The Kyle and Jackie O Show star posted a rare swimsuit photo in the South of France, after recently revealing her dramatic weight loss.

Jackie “O” Henderson has revealed the results of her recent body transformation in a rare swimsuit picture while holidaying in the South of France.

The Kyle and Jackie O Show star is currently travelling with her longtime co-host, Kyle Sandilands, and other KIIS FM staff. She was photographed smiling as she stood in the clear blue ocean, wearing a black cut-out full-piece.

Henderson, a Weight Watchers ambassador, recently revealed that she’s dropped 18 kilograms in less than six months.

She’s been holidaying with daughter Kitty.

“It is a combination of three things: I don’t drink alcohol, diet and exercise,” she told news.com.au of how she achieved her fitness goal.

She’s currently enjoying a sunny summer holiday in Europe with members of her hit radio team, who appear to have joined Kyle Sandilands’ honeymoon with new wife, Tegan Kynaston.

The radio host shared an album of their trip.

Kyle and Jackie O Show producer Jaimee “Mayo” Hassos is also on the trip.

Earlier this month, Henderson opened up to Seven’s Sunrise about her day on a plate.

“[For breakfast] I try and do a smoothie that just has loads of the vegetables and fruit that I need,” she said.

“During the day it might be anything from soup or salad. I absolutely love salads.”

For dinner, she added, it was “vegetables and protein”.

The radio duo were inducted into the Commercial Radio Hall of Fame in 2022.

Last month, the radio host opened up about going through a particularly difficult period and coming out stronger on the other side, in a wide-ranging interview with Stellar.

“I can’t believe how good I feel this year. I’ve had some sort of crazy breakthrough,” Henderson told the magazine.

“But I feel like I’ve kind of hit rock bottom to get to this point.”

Henderson explained that she stumbled into the lowest period of her life in 2020 amid her divorce being finalised from her husband of 18 years, Lee Henderson, and ongoing Covid lockdowns.

“You ask anyone who’s going through that and, especially when you have children, it makes it even harder,” she said.

“The guilt you feel – and everything associated with that – is very difficult to get through … Before I knew it, I wasn’t going anywhere. I wasn’t doing anything. I wasn’t eating well. I was drinking too much.

“Everything about who I am just changed over that time.”

Eventually, she added, “a light bulb” switched on in her brain.

“It was like, ‘What happened to me? Was I in a coma for the past three years?’ I really looked into what I had become as a person … Everything about who I usually am had been taken away. Now, it’s back.”
